The first half of this year was a special one for our terminal, as we handled 58% more cargo than in the same period of 2022 (332 thousand tons).
"We had a similar 6-month cargo performance in 2020. Unfortunately, the challenges are not diminishing and it is extremely difficult to predict the results of the second half of the year, so we are taking a low-key view of one of the best cargo half-years in the history of our operations," says Julius Kiršis, Director of the terminal.
We handled 101 freighters, 40 more than in the same period in 2022.
