During the visit, students got a close-up look at the terminal’s cargo handling processes, infrastructure, and sustainability projects.
“I believe that by sharing our experience, we contribute to the growth of future specialists. Such cooperation strengthens the link between science and practice,” said Ramūnas Klapatauskas, our production manager who led the tour.
According to Emilija, a master’s student who visited the cargo terminal for the first time, the visit was extremely useful. It helped her to better understand how such activities are organized, which gave her a much clearer picture than theoretical lectures alone.
We are delighted to be able to contribute to the education of young professionals and believe that such meetings create a stronger link between the academic and business communities.
